We never sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Legal Basis for Processing

Under the GDPR, we process your personal information on the following legal bases:

  • Your consent, which you give when you submit a form to contact us. You can withdraw it at any time.
  • Performance of a contract, when we need your information to provide a service you have requested or to take steps before entering into a contract.
  • Our legitimate interests, such as responding to enquiries and running our business, provided these do not override your rights and freedoms.
  • Legal obligations, where we are required to keep certain records.

Cookies and Analytics

Our website does not use cookies, and we do not store anything on your device or build advertising profiles about you.

To understand how our website is used, we rely on Simple Analytics, a privacy-friendly analytics service. Simple Analytics is cookieless and does not collect personal data or track individuals across websites. It only records aggregate, anonymous statistics, such as page views, referring sites, and the country a visit comes from, which cannot be used to identify you. Data is processed within the European Union. You can read more in the Simple Analytics privacy policy.

Sharing and Service Providers

We keep your information confidential and only share it where necessary to operate our website and respond to you. The providers that may process your data on our behalf include:

  • FormSubmit, which delivers the contents of our contact and quote forms to our inbox.
  • Simple Analytics, which provides anonymous, cookieless statistics about how our website is used.
  • Our email and hosting providers, which store and transmit the messages we exchange with you.

These providers may only use your data to deliver their service to us. We may also disclose information if required to do so by law or to protect our legal rights.

International Transfers

Some of our service providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where this happens, we rely on appropriate safeguards, such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses, to make sure your information remains protected.

Data Retention

We keep your personal information only for as long as we need it for the purposes described in this policy, or for as long as the law requires. When your data is no longer needed, we delete it or anonymise it securely.

Your Rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to:

  • Access the personal information we hold about you
  • Ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete information
  • Ask us to delete your information
  • Restrict or object to how we process your information
  • Request a copy of your information in a portable format
  • Withdraw your consent at any time

To exercise any of these rights, email us at hello@tremity.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection (CPDP) or your local supervisory authority.

Data Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your personal information against loss, misuse, and unauthorised access. No method of transmission over the internet is fully secure, but we work to keep your data safe at every step.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
