About the Role

We are looking for a Sales Development Representative to join our team and help lead the growth of Tremity. You will play a key role in driving new business, managing the full sales cycle, and building lasting relationships with clients.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and attending industry events
  • Lead and manage the entire sales cycle — from lead to MQL to SQO, including negotiating contracts and closing deals
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers
  • Provide regular updates to management on the status of client relationships and sales efforts
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and developments to provide value to clients and identify new business opportunities
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar sales role
  • Experience with B2B sales
  • Proven track record of hitting quarterly targets
  • Prior experience managing a large number of deals simultaneously
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both inbound and outbound
  • Business level English (verbal and written)
  • BA/BSc degree required

Nice to Have

  • Experience in the Software Development or Professional Services industry
  • Familiarity with modern CRM tools (HubSpot, Notion, or similar)
  • Experience working in a remote-first environment
