About the Role
We are looking for a Sales Development Representative to join our team and help lead the growth of Tremity. You will play a key role in driving new business, managing the full sales cycle, and building lasting relationships with clients.
Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and attending industry events
- Lead and manage the entire sales cycle — from lead to MQL to SQO, including negotiating contracts and closing deals
- Build and maintain relationships with customers
- Provide regular updates to management on the status of client relationships and sales efforts
- Stay up to date with industry trends and developments to provide value to clients and identify new business opportunities
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar sales role
- Experience with B2B sales
- Proven track record of hitting quarterly targets
- Prior experience managing a large number of deals simultaneously
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both inbound and outbound
- Business level English (verbal and written)
- BA/BSc degree required
Nice to Have
- Experience in the Software Development or Professional Services industry
- Familiarity with modern CRM tools (HubSpot, Notion, or similar)
- Experience working in a remote-first environment
